MVP is not AI. All requests are handled by well trained personal assistants. MVP has a phone number also. So a customer can ask their help through app or via text message too. MVP will chat with client continuously like a personal assistant and it will help them whatever they want. When a client ask a help, MVP will categorize the job such as food, pharmacy, hardware, electronics, vegetables or etc and MVP check client’s location. Then MVP contact nearest place from client location for get goods and make door delivery through the shop or MVP’s assistant.
